We know working parents are looking for a safe, nurturing and positive environment for their children to spend before and after school, during the summer season and school vacations. Our staff is committed to helping your family by keeping your child safe while providing academic support and enrichment activities during those critical times.

Children are greeted by  a dynamic and caring staff. All three centers feature opportunities for learning and activities that encourage both independence and team work. Some children may elect to read in a quiet area while others are happy to work on board games or craft projects in small groups. Computers are readily available and staffed homework time is provided to all children. Outdoor and physical activities are encouraged to promote fitness  and good health.

Connections with your child’s public school mean our after-school activities improve and support your child’s academic experiences and goals by complimenting, not repeating their school day. Our curriculum combines a state-adopted framework with your child’s input to be sure that activities are based on your child’s interests and needs while supporting learning and development.

Children who participate in high-quality after-school programs have shown continued academic success as well as improved self-esteem and physical wellness.

Summer Programs

Summer programming offers your child an opportunity to continue learning and have fun through the summer season. Field trips in the summer and on school vacation weeks will expose your child to a broader world—museums, whale watching, nature parks, art galleries and beaches are but a few of the recreational and educational opportunities they will explore.

Families may qualify for state-subsidized, sliding-scale fees to access programs, or apply for our agency’s scholarship funds. We also accept vouchers.
